Ali Enayat is an emeritus Professor of Mathematics at Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ . He worked as a full-time faculty at Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ during September 1987 to May 2013, except for his periods of sabbatical/research leave.
After Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ, Enayat moved to Sweden as Professor of Logic at the department of Philosophy, Linguistics, and Theory of science, University of Gothenburg, in Sweden, where he retired from in 2020, thereby gaining his second emeritus professor status. For recent and current research activities see:

Enayat grew up in Tehran, Iran until the end of High School (1976). He received his B.S. degree from Iowa State University (1979), and his Ph.D. degree in Mathematics (1984) from the University of Wisconsin (Madison), under the direction of Ken Kunen. He was a faculty member at Western Illinois University during 1984-1985, and at San Jose State University (California) during 1985-1987.
