New Time and Leave Reporting Application

Over the next month, ĢƵ plans to adopt a new time and leave reporting tool for biweekly and monthly time and leave reporting.

The university currently uses the Web Advisor application on the ĢƵ portal to record biweekly time sheets and monthly leave reports, provided by Ellucian. As Ellucian plans to retire this application at the end of our fiscal year on June 30, we will transition to a new self-service application.

Given that this transition is necessary until ĢƵ implements a new ERP system in 2024, our goal is to use the new Ellucian-provided “self-service” tool without customization. We plan to send out a series of communications in the coming weeks. You will be provided with more detailed video instructions on how to record your time and leave taken and approve using the new application. Several departments are currently helping the Payroll and IT teams for testing various scenarios.

To assist Payroll in transitioning to the new application and in light of the long Memorial Day holiday weekend, all time and leave reporting – biweekly pay period ending May 27 and monthly leave reports for May 31 – must be submitted and approved by no later than May 27.
