New Time and Leave Reporting Video Instructions and Training Sessions Available Now

On Monday, June 6, ĢƵ will transition to a new “self-service” time and leave reporting tool through Eagle Service on the ĢƵ portal link. The Payroll Office and IT team have created detailed video instructions and just-in-time training sessions. The tutorials are designed to provide employees and supervisors with step-by-step instructions on how to report and approve bi-weekly timesheets and monthly leave reports.

Just-in-time virtual training sessions also are available on the following days and times:

  • Monday, June 6, from 11 a.m. – noon
  • Wednesday, June 8, from 2 – 3 p.m.

We encourage you to view the video instructions and/or attend one of the training sessions. Please keep in mind that the next bi-weekly timesheets are due Friday, June 10, and monthly leave reports are due by June 30.

Additionally, FAQs (see attached) are available to help answer anticipated questions regarding the new tool and reporting procedures.
