Dear employees and managers:

We are excited to have processed our first payroll in Workday for the pay period December 9 – 22. We would like to share instructions that will allow you to access your payment information and will help us process your pay in an accurate and timely manner going forward.

Employees:

  • Access your payslip in Workday*. January 5 payslips (formerly called earning statements) can be viewed in Workday via the Benefits and Pay Hub.Ìý
  • Start tracking your time in Workday. All hourly workers should start tracking time worked using Workday. If you worked any time from December 23 through January 5, submit your time for those days in Workday °Õ°¿¶Ù´¡³Û!*Ìý
  • Still receiving a paper check? If so, your check was mailed to your home address (or in-session address for students) on Wednesday, January 3. If you don’t want to wait for mail delivery in the future, please set up direct deposit. It is the fastest way to get paid and it’s easy to set up in Workday.

Managers:

  • Get ready to approve time worked in Workday. Time approvals for biweekly employees who worked any time from December 23 through January 5 should be completed in Workday by the end of the day Monday, January 8.**

The fine print

*Earning statements for pay dates in 2023, as well as the W-2 for 2023 and earlier, will still be available in Eagle Service.

**Employees who need to record time (or change a timesheet) from Dec. 22 or earlier, should complete a paper timesheet (available under the Forms section: (). Managers should submit those approved timesheets via the ServiceNow help portal ().
