Bio
Jess Edwards joined the Academic Support team in September 2019 as a Tutoring Program Assistant and has brought innovative ideas and an eye for quantitative data analysis to the team. From there, they have transitioned from the role as Program Assistant to Assistant Director of Student Academic Services. Their role is primarily to oversee, manage, and develop the Student Academic Services programs, including the Supplemental Instruction (SI) Program and Peer-Assisted Student Support (PASS) Program. They also provide training and development for professional staff and student-staff. Prior to working at Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ, they worked as a Graduate Assistant in the academic advising office at Rutgers University and taught history and mathematics at the K-12 level in Texas.
